Voice and body language (workshop 11)

You can integrate this workshop into your in-house training or your individual business coaching. Here are a few tips to "voice and body language".

Only a small percentage of the impression we leave on the audience is influenced by the content of our speech. By contrast, body language and voice usually leave the biggest impression on our audience. But what signals do we send with our body? And what messages do we convey with our voice? In this workshop we will answer these questions — and improve your body language and intonation!

How to improve body language?

Above all, when you see yourself, you realize what you did wrong. Therefore, it is advisable to record a part of the given speech on camera (also laptop camera) in order to analyse body language, facial expression and gesture.

How to improve the voice?

Above all, when you hear yourself, you realize what you did wrong. Just record yourself (for example, with a smartphone) — and listen to the recording carefully.

Increase presence?

Sometimes speakers say that they were "very present" during their presentation or speech. But how do you do that? The essential elements are a good eye contact to all listeners and an active use of the stage.
