The duration of the coaching depends entirely on your individual needs: The range extends from an 1-hour status quo analysis to a regular support by your negotiation coach over several months.

The training either takes place in Munich — or the personal coach comes directly to you. And you save time of travel! Alternatively, a Skype coaching is also a frequently used option if you are not from Munich.

Focus on Coachee | Argumentoriks How does the coach know what the coachee really needs?

Prior to the coaching, the coachee receives a questionnaire via email, which he returns before the first coaching. As a result, the coach receives important information about your upcoming negotiation situation in advance, so that a deeper analysis can be started directly in the first session.

Process of the Coaching | Argumentorik How does a negotiation skills training work?

Based on the completed questionnaire, the coach analyzes the negotiation situation together with you in the first step. In the second step, we use negotiation tools to develop options for solution scenarios. On this basis, the third step is the practical negotiation simulation: The coach takes on the role of the other party of a contract and we faithfully reproduce the negotiation situation. Video Feedback | Argumentorik Do I get a video feedback as a coachee?

Yes! We recommend all our clients of a negotiation skills training to accompany parts of the coaching with a camera. Video feedback as a method has proven to be very useful in the past and has been found by many coachees to be extremely revealing as the video provides a more in-depth analysis of body language, facial expression, gesture and voice. Of course, if a coachee does not want a video analysis, we will do the coaching without it.

High Flexibility | Argumentorik How flexibly can I cancel the session?

You can easily arrange appointments with your personality coach according to your time schedule. Postponing an appointment is possible within 24 hours. We also like to arrange negotiation skills trainings at unusual times, such as after work or at the weekend.
